Job Description
- Only candidates who has led operations for company with revenue ≥300Crs apply \n

- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals. \n
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity across all departments. \n
- Collaborate with other C-Suite executives to drive business growth and profitability. \n
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. \n
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. \n
- Lead and mentor senior managers to foster a culture of excellence and accountability. \n
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize operational performance. \n
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve processes and systems. \n
- Oversee the company's financial performance, investments, and other business ventures. \n
- Drive the adoption and integration of new technologies to improve operational efficiency and competitive advantage \n\n
- An Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Production/Mechatronics along with MBA or other advanced leadership degree preferred. \n
- Proven leadership experience in the Engineering company with revenue of more than 300Crs. \n
- Strong knowledge of the Mechanical Industry and its operational processes. \n
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. \n
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive organizational success. \n
- Experience in implementing operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
