Job Title:Lead Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize agentic AI systems capable of decision-making and autonomous task execution.
\n
• Build and deploy end-to-end GenAI pipelines using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.).
\n
• Implement RAG pipelines integrating LLMs with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) for contextualized retrieval.
\n
• Fine-tune and deploy large language models (LLMs) and integrate them with LLM orchestration platforms (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Flowise, etc.).
\n
• Work with TensorFlow or PyTorch to implement and train custom deep learning models as needed.
\n
• Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
\n
• Evaluate and integrate state-of-the-art AI research into production-grade solutions.
\n
• Ensure scalable and secure deployment of AI models via REST APIs or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
\n
• Conduct performance tuning and continual learning/monitoring of deployed models.
\n
