Manage import procurement activities including RFQs, supplier negotiations, PO placement, and

delivery followups

Coordinate endtoend logistics for imported materials, including freight forwarders, customs
\n
clearance, and documentation
\n
Handle MRO procurement to ensure uninterrupted plant operations while optimizing cost
\n
Ensure compliance with import regulations, INCOTERMS, customs duties, and company
\n
procurement policies
\n
Track shipments, manage delays, and proactively mitigate supply risks affecting production
\n
schedules
\n
Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to understand technical requirements and
\n
specifications
\n
Drive cost savings, leadtime reduction, and supplier performance improvement initiatives
\n
Maintain accurate procurement data, documentation, and reporting for audits and management
\n
reviews
\n
