    Job Description

    Product Ownership & Digital Journeys

    \n


  • \n Own all card-related customer journeys across mobile and digital platforms, including onboarding, issuance, activation, PIN management, controls, and lifecycle actions
  • \n


  • \n Continuously optimize UI/UX, conversion funnels, and feature adoption across card types
  • \n



    Strategy & Roadmap

    \n


  • \n Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for consumer and commercial card issuance
  • \n


  • \n Track industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies
  • \n



    Partnerships & Ecosystem Management

    \n


  • \n Manage relationships with card networks, processors, BIN sponsors, and technology vendors
  • \n


  • \n Work closely with internal teams across risk, compliance, fraud, operations, engineering, and growth
  • \n



    Customer-Centric Innovation

    \n


  • \n Identify customer pain points and deliver differentiated features such as virtual cards, instant issuance, embedded controls, and loyalty
  • \n


  • \n Use customer feedback, analytics, and market benchmarking to iterate products
  • \n



    Regulatory, Risk & Compliance

    \n


  • \n Ensure adherence to card regulations, AML, KYC, fraud, and chargeback frameworks
  • \n


  • \n Partner with risk and compliance teams to build secure and compliant products
  • \n



    Product Development & Lifecycle Management

    \n


  • \n Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch and scale
  • \n


  • \n Own product performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • \n

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    \n


  • \n 7-9 years of experience in digital product management within fintech, payments, digital banking, or consumer tech
  • \n


  • \n Strong expertise in card issuing infrastructure, processors, networks, BIN management, settlement, and chargebacks
  • \n


  • \n Proven experience building and scaling physical and digital card products
  • \n


  • \n Strong ownership of mobile app product journeys and customer-facing features
  • \n


  • \n Strategic, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • \n


  • \n Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills in matrixed environments
  • \n


  • \n Hands-on experience with agile product development methodologies
  • \n


  • \n Customer-obsessed mindset with a passion for innovation
  • \n



    Good to Have:

    \n


  • \n Exposure to UPI, BBPS, NCMC, or tokenization-based journeys
  • \n


  • \n Experience building self-serve app features and lifecycle engagement tools
