Job Description
- Senior leadership opportunity to lead a large team \n
- Working with a premier global MNC \n\n
- Oversee and manage all engineering operations within the manufacturing facility in Pune. \n
- Develop and implement design & engineering strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity. \n
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in all engineering processes. \n
- coordinate the industrial partner's development effort ensuring the timely development of industrial tools and process set-up to ensure timely delivery of overall toy production. \n
- Deliver timely cost modifications in line with company target costs. \n
- Monitor/Guarantee smooth production start-up. (4) Work with operations development to Monitor/Improve the industrial partners' performance. \n
- Lead & coordinate the Mold development with Chinese & Local Mold makers, \n
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions. \n
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for engineering projects. \n
- Lead and mentor the engineering team to foster growth and innovation \n
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and implement relevant advancements in the engineering domain. \n\n
- A degree in Engineering or a related field. \n
- Proven expertise in small precision plastic components and can come from industries like toys, medical devices, automotive, and white goods. \n
- Should have exposure in mould design or injection moulding \n
- Should have global exposure of working outside India for atleast 3+ years \n
- Strong leadership and team management skills. \n
- Experience in handling large-scale engineering projects. \n
- Proficiency in using modern engineering tools and technologies.
