Job Title: SR. DEVOPS ENGINEER Posting Start Date: 5/4/26 \n - Build custom Copilot Studio agents that connect enterprise data, deliver intelligent user experiences, and streamline business processes. \n
- Develop Copilot agents that execute backend processes and integrate with enterprise APIs and connectors \n
- Build and maintain custom connectors and integrations for internal services and REST APIs \n
- Integrate automations with Dataverse, and Azure-based components and custom connectors. \n
- Translate business requirements into maintainable, enterprise-grade automation designs \n
- Implement and enforce security, governance, and environment strategies across Power Platform \n
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows and Copilot agents \n
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure reliable integrations \n
- Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Teams, SharePoint, and custom platforms \n
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify and deliver high-impact automation use cases \n
- Design NLU-driven dialog flows to deliver intuitive, user-friendly AI interactions \n
- Familiarity with integrating LLM capabilities into workflows (e.g., summarization, classification, decision support) \n\n
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Azure Functions, Azure Foundry, Dataverse), including advanced workflows and integrations \n
- 3-5 Years of Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, building conversational agents and AI-driven actions with appropriate guardrails \n
- Experience with REST APIs, custom connectors, and backend or scripting technologies (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Azure Functions) \n
- Working knowledge of authentication and security models (OAuth2, service principals, API keys) \n
- Experience delivering solutions in enterprise environments with security, governance, and change control considerations \n
- Experience integrating Copilot and Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems and Azure services \n
- Familiarity with AI concepts, including prompt design, tool/function invocation, and grounding AI with enterprise data \n
- Effective interpersonal team building and communication skills \n
- Good communication and presentation skills \n
- Experience leading system integration projects as the technical lead \n\n
