Job Description
- -10+ years of experience in FMCG or Pharma supply planning space \n
- -experience in warehousing, purchasing, vendor mgmt, import/export & customs. \n\n
- Lead annual, monthly, and weekly planning with demand coordination and capacity-demand gap analysis. \n
- Manage production planning, status tracking, and coordination with co‑packers and cross‑functional teams. \n
- Drive PPC operations, integrating export and domestic demands into a unified plan. \n
- Oversee RM/PM inventory planning, optimization, DOC/aging analysis, and cost‑efficient material movement. \n
- Maintain BOM accuracy and ensure smooth FIFO‑based material flow and production readiness. \n
- Conduct logistics network optimization and align cross‑movement requirements for serviceability and cost reduction. \n
- Prepare SCM dashboards, perform data analytics, and recommend improvement plans across logistics, purchase, and stores. \n\n
- A degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. \n
- Proven expertise in supply planning within the FMCG industry, particularly in food products. \n
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. \n
- Proficiency in supply chain software and tools especially SAP. \n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. \n
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency and cost management.
