Job Overview:

This role involves driving the go-to-market strategy, overseeing product development, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the product alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products, expand market reach, and achieve growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for multiple product offerings across various BUs.
\n
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
\n
• Oversee the market positioning of products within each BU and ensure alignment with overall company goals.
\n
• Collaborate with Product Managers across different BUs to define and finalize Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and ensure product alignment across all BU lines.
\n
• Provide input on competitive analysis , pricing strategies , and market positioning for each BU.
\n
• Support the planning, development, and execution of product launches for different BU offerings.
\n
• Work with Marketing team to develop content for webpages , brochures , videos , blogs , and webinars .
\n
• Assist the Sales Team in engaging target customers across BUs.
\n
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across BUs.
\n
• Gather customer feedback , understand pain points, and incorporate insights into product development for various BUs.
\n
• Work closely with engineering , design , R&D , quality assurance , and operations teams to ensure seamless product development across BUs.
\n
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, ensuring alignment on product
\n

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Electronics , Computer Science , Engineering , or relevant fields.
\n
• 4+ years of experience in product management , with a proven track record in managing products across multiple business units or product lines from Electronic Components/ Semiconductor industry.
\n
• Experience in industries such as embedded systems , IoT , vision systems , automotive , wireless communications , or similar verticals is a plus.
\n
• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies , market research , and product development lifecycle .
