Job Description
- 15+ yrs' exp. in technical support & process engineering in chemical plants \n
- Proven leader managing senior engineers in regulated manufacturing environments \n\n
- Lead the Technical Support and Process Engineering function at the manufacturing site. \n
- Support manufacturing, quality assurance, process safety, projects, and new product introduction activities. \n
- Act as a key interface between site operations and global technical and R&D teams. \n
- Drive technical problem-solving, root cause analysis, and design of experiments. \n
- Support technology transfer initiatives and participate in critical technical decision-making forums. \n
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, audits, HAZOP, OHSAS, and sustainability standards. \n
- Prepare and present technical reports, feasibility studies, and case analyses for senior stakeholders. \n
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of technical engineers. \n\n
- Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. \n
- Brings strong experience in hazardous or highly regulated chemical manufacturing environments. \n
- Demonstrates deep understanding of EHS systems and process safety leadership. \n
- Experienced in managing and developing qualified, senior technical teams. \n
- Well-versed in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM. \n
- Strong communicator with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear insights. \n
- Comfortable operating independently in a remote site environment with high accountability.
