Job Description
We are seeking qualified and experienced Psychologists (part-time/full-time) to join our growing team as an Onsite Psychologist. As our Onsite Psychologist, you will be the cornerstone of our mental well-being initiative. You will provide high-touch, empathetic support to our employees, fostering a culture of resilience and psychological safety through individual counseling, group workshops, and peer-to-peer support.

\nWhat You'll Do

- Provide 1-1 mental health counselling / coaching for employees on various mental health topics (e.g. resilience, stress management, and available well-being resources). \n
- Develop and deliver group sessions and workshops to promote mental health awareness and resilience. \n
- Moderate peer support sessions to encourage shared experiences and well-being discussions. \n
- Maintain monthly utilisation reports to track wellbeing trends and inform future wellbeing strategies. \n
- Deliver new hire training sessions on resilience, identifying and managing stress triggers, and available wellbeing resources. \n
- Attend and complete all required continuous developmental tasks, including clinical supervisions, module completion etc. \n

\nRequirements
\n- \n
- Education: Master’s Degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling or related fields) \n
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience post Bachelor’s degree \n
- License: Valid and active licenses from one of the following organisations: \n
- Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) \n
- Indian Association of Clinical Psychologists (IACP) \n
- Indian Association for Counseling (IAC) \n
- Counseling Association of India (CAI) \n
- Languages: Professional fluency in and English. \n
- Mode: This role is onsite and will require in-person presence, with shift rotation. Shifts may be rotated depending on the client’s needs and requests. \n
- Commitment: Part-Time / Full-Time role available. Minimum 2 days commitment required for part-time roles, subject to change. \n
