  • Manage the Managing Director's calendar and schedule appointments efficiently.
  • \n
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
  • \n
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the MD.
  • \n
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain data integrity.
  • \n
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for the MD.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
  • \n
  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and other logistical requirements for the MD.
  • \n
  • Provide general administrative support and ensure timely completion of tasks.

    The Successful Applicant

    A successful EA to MD should have:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in business administration or a related field.
  • \n
  • Proven ability to manage high-level administrative tasks efficiently.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.

  • Proficiency in office software and tools for document preparation and scheduling.
