Job Description
- Direct exposure to strategic decision-making at leadership level \n
- Opportunity to work closely with MD and influence key initiatives \n\n
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar and schedule appointments efficiently. \n
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes. \n
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the MD. \n
- Handle confidential documents and maintain data integrity. \n
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for the MD. \n
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and communication. \n
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and other logistical requirements for the MD. \n
- Provide general administrative support and ensure timely completion of tasks. \n\n
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in business administration or a related field. \n
- Proven ability to manage high-level administrative tasks efficiently. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively. \n
- Proficiency in office software and tools for document preparation and scheduling. \n
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing responsibilities. \n
- Experience in the FMCG or food sector would be beneficial.
