IN_RBAI_ Senior Engineer -Mechanical Specialist in FA Line

• Responsible for corrective maintenance activity of mechanical process machines- Press fit,Molding Dispensing,Conveyors, Robots, and special purpose machines.
\n • Responsible for Technical availability of Mechanical process machines and final assembly lines.
\n • Should have knowledge on RCA methods like 5Why, A3PSS, for systematic trouble shooting.
\n • Responsible for MTBF / MTTR of mechanical machines.
\n • Should Focus and Contribute to reduce the IDC by continuous monitoring of MAE performance.
\n • Planning of Spare parts, Tooling and consumables for corrective and preventive maintenance activities
\n • Responsible to optimize the Preventive maintenance by continuous improvement and work towards elimination of problems
\n • Troubleshooting knowledge in Electrical ,Pneumatic circuit and PLC
\n • Knowledge in TPM
\n • Responsible for condition monitoring and Predictive maintenance
\n • Should have knowledge of i4.0
\n • Preparation of Breakdown reports,Spare part consumption , PDCA for the top contribution and repeated failures
\n • Optimize Repair & Maintenance cost through localization and life enhancing projects
\n • Periodical review of Preventive maintenance checklist by incorporating past breakdowns.
\n • Working with TEF functions and suppliers to maintain the machine in good condition
\n • Involvement in Machine and Process FMEA
\n • Meeting all 5S, Safety and Quality standards, and work continuously to improve them.
\n • Should look for Predictive analytics in Maintenance area.
\n • Knowledge on OHSAS and EMS standards
