- 15+ Years of strong experience working in digital enterprise projects \n
- Proven experience in managing technical teams and driving project success. \n
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. \n
- Knowledge of delivering multi-tech projects developed in Java / .Net (Framework and above) / MS Power Platform / Salesforce / ServiceNow / Oracle and Other Open Source Frameworks \n
- Working knowledge of cloud technologies (MS Azure / AWS / GCP) \n
- Knowledge of CICD, TDD and BDD approaches of software engineering \n
- Should have demonstrable experience in waterfall and Agile-Scrum methodologies \n
- Industry recognized certification like PMP, Prince2 is an advantage \n
- An ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively. \n
- A degree in a relevant field such as IT, engineering, or project management. \n
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
