Job Description
- Only candidates based out of/open to relocate to Mumbai should apply \n
- Only candidates with 7 to 10 years post qualification experience should apply \n\n
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements specific to the FMCG and food industry in Mumbai. \n
- Provide legal counsel and advice on contractual matters, agreements, and business transactions. \n
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts. \n
- Monitor and manage legal risks associated with the company's operations in the FMCG sector. \n
- Managing and responding to high-risk consumer complaints. \n
- Handle legal disputes and coordinate with external counsel when necessary. \n
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the food industry. \n
- Support internal teams in understanding and implementing legal requirements. \n
- Develop and maintain internal policies to ensure legal compliance. \n
- Must have knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights. \n\n
- An LLB and CS degree \n
- Experience in legal advisory and compliance specific to the FMCG or food industry. \n
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements. \n
- In-depth knowledge of legal regulations and laws applicable to the FMCG sector. \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
