Construction Manager: Civil- Substation

Location: Chennai

Work Location: UAE

Experience: 10yrs to 16yrs

• Lead the overall civil construction execution activities at substation project sites.
\n
• Plan, organize, and manage resources, schedules, and budgets for civil works.
\n
• Supervise and coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of work.
\n
• Ensure adherence to construction drawings, technical specifications, and industry standards.
\n
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that may arise during execution.
\n
• Monitor work progress, prepare daily/weekly progress reports, and communicate with stakeholders.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
\n
• Review and approve civil work method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and quality assurance procedures.
\n
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
\n
• Manage procurement and delivery of civil construction materials in coordination with the supply chain team.
\n

\n
• BE/BTech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
\n
• 10 16 years of progressive experience in civil execution, preferably in substation or related infrastructure projects.
\n
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
\n
