\nPresent Role – Executive Assistant to Managing Director
\nReporting – Managing Director
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD \n
- Provide full administrative and executive support to the MD \n
- Manage calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and communication \n
- Conduct strong follow-ups on all action items, both internal and external \n
- Handle office coordination responsibilities as needed \n
- Assist with documentation, filing, and basic reporting \n
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate absolute integrity \n
Skill Set Required:
\n- \n
- Exceptional follow-up skills – this is the most important requirement \n
- Proficiency in MS Office , especially Excel and Word \n
- Good written and verbal communication in English \n
- Knowledge of shorthand is an added advantage \n
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities \n
- Should be honest, reliable, and adaptable \n
- Willingness to learn and be trained if needed \n
- Graduate/ post graduate or relevant secretarial/administrative program \n
Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Coordinator \n
- Preference will be given to candidates with steady career history (not frequent job changes) \n
