Job Title: SALES & MARKETING ANALYST IV Posting Start Date: 3/9/26 \n - Prepare monthly forecast; review and document deltas to plan, prior year, prior forecast and financial commit \n
- Perform ad-hoc billings/bookings and margin analysis to identify trends, gaps and problems. \n
- Proactively communicate potential risks & opportunities, through variance, bridges & decision support analysis \n
- Support preparation of strategic plans, budget, Product deep dive, Quarterly forecasts, QBR, MBR and other ad-hoc projects, requests and presentations \n
- Support investment proposals and analysis for Capex, headcount and other investments \n
- Support and validate inputs into the S&OP and demand management process \n
- Drive monthly/ weekly reviews proactively apply TEOA-F principles in order to continuously improve financial and other associated processes \n
- and reporting process \n
- Provide data analytics support through customized reports and insights; assist with escalations, expediting, and priority requests. \n
- Present insightful analysis and articulate recommendations in a clear and concise manner. \n
- Drive automation and AI initiatives within Commercial. \n
- The successful candidate will be an energetic and detailed-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. \n
- 5+ yrs of progressive experience in finance, accounting, budgeting and sale support roles. \n
- Perform ERP‑based tasks, generate Excel reports. \n
- Critical thinker and strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills. \n
- Familiarity with SAP, String Excel, Power BI, Tableau and data warehouse skills \n
- String communication skills, excellent interpersonal and influencing abilities to build credible relationships with multiple functions to communicate effectively with senior management. \n
- Excellent Organization, planning and time management skills. \n
- Ability to work with teams, cross-functionally and contribute positively in projects. \n
- Contribute to processing automation using relevant tools and recommend improvements in reporting, billing, forecasting, bookings and operations. \n
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the Manager. \n\n
- Graduate in any stream. \n
- Strong analytical abilities, and high proficiency creating and managing advanced models using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software. \n
- Good knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP-system. \n
- Good knowledge of automation and AI tools widely available and utilized in commercial industry. \n
- Effective communication and partnership skills. \n
- Excellent presentation skills \n
- Resourceful and well organized. \n
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and strategic skills. \n
- Demonstrates problem solving skills, influencing abilities, and ability to provide effective feedback. \n
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. \n
- Proven ability to initiate, organize, and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner. \n
- Demonstrates ability to share creative and new ideas. \n
- Well versed in developing reports, dashboards, and scorecards. \n
- Relevant product or industry experience a plus. \n
- Critical thinker, self-motivator, and ability to maintain a proactive positive attitude. \n
- Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with various levels of stakeholders, including executives. \n
