Job Description
Professional experience in business analysis and process automation using RPA and other techniques.
\n Ability to understand, map and identify improvement to business process with Microsoft Visio
\n Proficient in following languages (not limited to): Java, C++, Python, HTML, JSON, JavaScript, Visual Basic for Application (VBA), Macro, SQL Queries
\n Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows based applications
\n Expert in multiple automation software/platform i.e. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, PowerApps, MS Flow
\n Proactive, dynamic and creative, willing to take on any challenge and make a significant impact
\n Self-starter, technically competent, quick learner, problem solver, data driven, passionate professional with strong interpersonal, cross-team collaboration and communication skill
\n Experience working in a service management environment and knowledge of service management processes, e.g. risk management, change management, problem management etc.
\n Demonstrated attention to detail
\n Good written and verbal communication and people skills
\n Ability to produce persuasive and concise documents
\n Ability to work off own initiative and comfortable with delegated responsibility
\n Ability to work within a team
