Velmenni is looking for an experienced Hardware Design Engineer with strong R&D expertise in electronic hardware product design and development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in schematic design, PCB design, prototyping, debugging, and hardware validation.

• Design and develop electronic hardware systems from concept to production
\n
• Work on schematic capture and multilayer PCB design (preferably 6–7 layer boards)
\n
• Perform hardware bring-up, debugging, testing, and validation
\n
• Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams
\n
• Support product R&D activities and continuous design improvements
\n
• Ensure compliance with design standards and quality requirements
\n

• Strong experience in Hardware Design & R&D
\n
• Expertise in Analog & Digital Circuit Design
\n
• Experience in PCB Design and Schematic Tools
\n
• Knowledge of multilayer PCB design (6–7 layers preferred)
\n
• Hands-on debugging and testing skills using lab instruments
\n
• Understanding of EMI/EMC and signal integrity concepts
\n
• Experience with microcontrollers/processors and power electronics is preferred
\n

• 7–10 years of relevant hardware design experience
\n
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
\n
• Experience in product development lifecycle
\n
• Candidate should have more exposure to design/R&D work rather than only PCB layout work
\n
