- Oversee monthly close, reconciliations, and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with SOX and internal controls. \n
- Optimize systems like Oracle, CoStar, and BlackLine while driving continuous improvement and automation. \n
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and auditors to support decision-making and ensure regulatory compliance. \n
- Foster team development through coaching, performance management, and strategic leadership. \n\n
- Professional certification such as CA, CMA, or equivalent \n
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. \n
- Experience in financial analysis and reporting within the Engineering Industry. \n
- Proficiency in financial software and tools. \n
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. \n
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
