Job Description
- Only candidates based out of Pune or reverse migrating to Pune apply \n
- Only candidates with 10+ yrs of PQE with manufacturing experience apply \n\n
- Provide legal guidance on labour, regulatory, and industry‑specific laws, ensuring statutory and data‑protection compliance. \n
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts while supporting commercial, supply‑chain, and operations teams. \n
- Manage litigation by coordinating with external counsel and ensuring timely updates to leadership. \n
- Identify legal risks, recommend mitigation measures, and support internal audits and compliance reviews. \n
- Support IR/ER matters and advise on Labour Code, Wage Code, and employment law requirements. \n
- Maintain and oversee legal documentation, records, and governance processes. \n
- Liaise with government authorities for approvals, permissions, and resolution of regulatory issues. \n
- Ensure adherence to IMS standards, workplace safety obligations, ESG initiatives, and environmental compliance. \n
- Assist in developing and implementing company policies and procedures \n\n
- A degree in Law from a recognized institution; a CS qualification is an added advantage. \n
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to the manufacturing sector. \n
- Working knowledge of contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and their practical application. \n
- Demonstrated experience with labour laws and providing legal oversight for multi‑site plant operations.
