Role Overview \n
\nWe are seeking a Junior Video Editor who can craft captivating video creatives swiftly. This role involves more than basic editing; it's about attention to detail, viewer engagement, and conversion. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn quickly, comfortable using AI tools to enhance their creative process, and contribute to a fast-paced, innovative environment.\n
Responsibilities \n
\n- Create short-form video ads (10–30 seconds) for paid campaigns\n
\n- Transform gameplay moments, influencer clips, and raw footage into engaging video content\n
\n- Develop multiple versions for testing, then optimize based on performance\n
\n- Incorporate captions, motion graphics, sound, and platform-specific elements\n
\n- Utilize AI tools for idea generation, editing, and variations\n
\n- Stay updated with trends across Reels, TikTok, and gaming platforms\n
What Success Looks Like \n
\n- Your creatives effectively drive user installs and engagement\n
\n- Continuous improvement in speed and quality of output\n
\n- Gaining understanding of what makes advertisements successful\n
\n- Progressing from simply executing to generating creative ideas\n
Qualifications & Skills \n
\n- Creative sense: understanding pacing, hooks, and storytelling\n
\n- Basic proficiency with After Effects / Premiere Pro\n
\n- Fast learner with curiosity about AI and new tools\n
\n- Open to feedback and eager to experiment with creative concepts\n

\n- Experience in editing videos through college, freelance, or personal projects\n
