Job Description
- Only Chemical Engineers with 20+ years of Site Operations exp. apply \n
- Only candidates who read/speak Gujarati & have setup a greenfiled project apply \n\n
- Oversee all manufacturing facilities and ensure operational efficiency. \n
- Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices across units. \n
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of a new greenfield project, right from land procurement. \n
- Coordinate with consultants (, McDonald, Jacobs) for plant design and implementation. \n
- Manage environmental and pollution control clearances. \n
- Align operations with organizational goals to achieve the designated turnover next year and long-term targets of doubling the top line \n
- Introduce modern technologies and automation systems (, DCS hybrid systems). \n
- Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and finance teams for integrated business planning. \n
- Build and mentor high-performing teams across operations and projects. \n\n
- 20+ years in manufacturing operations within speciality chemicals, construction chemicals, or continuous chemical processes. \n
- Proven track record in Greenfield project execution and automation implementation. \n
- Exposure to sales or business leadership is desirable; at minimum, strong commercial acumen and customer orientation. \n
- Strong project management and operational excellence. \n
- Ability to engage with consultants and challenge designs. \n
- Leadership, strategic thinking, and adaptability. \n
- Gujarati language familiarity is a plus.
