Network Operations Lead

We are looking for an experienced Network Operations Lead to manage and drive APAC Network Operations for a leading global banking organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in network operations, NOC management, service assurance, vendor management, and large-scale enterprise banking networks.

• Lead APAC Network Operations and ensure end-to-end network performance and service availability.
\n
• Manage 24x7 NOC operations, incident resolution, change implementation, and service improvements.
\n
• Drive ITSM processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
\n
• Manage network operations teams and multiple vendors to achieve agreed SLAs, RTO, and RPO targets.
\n
• Present operational metrics and service reports to stakeholders and senior management.
\n
• Lead transition activities from project implementation to operations.
\n
• Ensure audit compliance and regulatory adherence.
\n
• Develop incident response plans and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
\n

• 12 15 years of experience in Network Operations, Network Implementation, and Enterprise Network Management.
\n
• Minimum 7 years of experience leading NOC operations.
\n
• Strong expertise in Cisco SD-WAN, Routing, Switching, Firewalls, Proxy, and Load Balancers.
\n
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, Check Point, and Fortinet technologies.
\n
• Good understanding of SASE solutions, preferably Zscaler.
\n
• Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios.
\n
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and ITSM processes.
\n
• Experience managing teams of 10 20 members.
\n
• Understanding of Data Center Operations and Banking Network Environments.
\n

• Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
\n
• Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, PCNSE, NSE-7, or ITIL.
\n
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as MAS and RBI.
