- Drive India‑specific talent acquisition strategies and build strong pipelines for front‑end consulting hires. \n
- Identify and assess high‑potential (HIPO) talent aligned with consulting success profiles. \n
- Manage senior stakeholder and Partner communication throughout the hiring process. \n
- Oversee referral hiring, candidate engagement, and employer branding initiatives. \n
- Collaborate with the IMEA recruiting team on cross‑regional hiring projects and process improvements. \n
- Use data and analytics to drive decision‑making, improve hiring efficiency, and refine recruitment practices. \n\n
- Brings 5-10 years of recruiting experience in consulting/professional services, with strong exposure to Tier‑1 and HIPO hiring. \n
- Excels in stakeholder management, proactive sourcing, and data‑driven hiring within a fast‑paced, global environment.
