Senior Officer - Employee Volunteering and Engagement

About the role
\nThe Employee Volunteering & Engagement Senior Officer will organize all aspects of volunteering engagement, creating a delightful volunteering experience for all employees worldwide. This individual will curate meaningful engagement opportunities, inspire employees, and promote volunteering in line with the Group s Sustainability Vision. Key responsibilities also include hosting volunteering events, volunteering communications, managing volunteering data and undertaking related administrative tasks.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nDevise employee volunteering program that aligns with the Client s CSR and sustainability vision
\nCurate impactful employee volunteering engagements
\nCommunicate volunteering opportunities
\nMotivate employees and manage their expectations
\nManage volunteering data and provide relevant reports
\nHost and manage on-ground volunteering events
\nCoordinate with online volunteering partners to curate activities, host events, and drive engagement
\nEngage with HR teams at manufacturing and international locations to help them curate volunteering activities
\nEnsure purpose and actions are clearly communicated across the organization
\nWho are we looking for?
\nEducation:
\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communications / Psychology / Development Studies, or a related field.
\nDemonstrated interest in volunteering, communications, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility.
\nExperience:
\n1-2 years of experience in employee volunteering, engagement, CSR, or the non-profit sector
\nSkills:
\nExcellent organizational skills and team coordination abilities
\nAttention to detail
\nAbility to work with diverse teams and people across all levels of the organization
