About the role

\n

The Employee Volunteering & Engagement Senior Officer will organize all aspects of volunteering engagement, creating a delightful volunteering experience for all employees worldwide. This individual will curate meaningful engagement opportunities, inspire employees, and promote volunteering in line with the Group s Sustainability Vision. Key responsibilities also include hosting volunteering events, volunteering communications, managing volunteering data and undertaking related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

\n


\n

Devise employee volunteering program that aligns with the Client s CSR and sustainability vision

\n

Curate impactful employee volunteering engagements

\n

Communicate volunteering opportunities

\n

Motivate employees and manage their expectations

\n

Manage volunteering data and provide relevant reports

\n

Host and manage on-ground volunteering events

\n

Coordinate with online volunteering partners to curate activities, host events, and drive engagement

\n

Engage with HR teams at manufacturing and international locations to help them curate volunteering activities

\n

Ensure purpose and actions are clearly communicated across the organization

\n


\n

Who are we looking for?

\n


\n

Education:

\n

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communications / Psychology / Development Studies, or a related field.

\n

Demonstrated interest in volunteering, communications, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility.

\n


\n

Experience:

\n

1-2 years of experience in employee volunteering, engagement, CSR, or the non-profit sector

\n


\n

Skills:

\n

Excellent organizational skills and team coordination abilities

\n

Attention to detail

\n

Ability to work with diverse teams and people across all levels of the organization

\n

Pleasant, friendly personality

\n

Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse groups of people

\n

Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn

\n

Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand and address employees' needs and concerns
