Tibil - Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3.5+ years of experience, preferably in the finance domain. The ideal candidate should have strong business understanding, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with Databricks. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from finance stakeholders.

Work closely with business teams to understand financial processes, KPIs, and reporting needs.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.

Collaborate with Data Engineering teams working on Databricks for data processing and analytics solutions.

Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and quality.

Prepare BRD/FRD documents, user stories, and process flows.

Conduct stakeholder meetings and present insights effectively.

Support UAT and ensure smooth implementation of solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3.5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Strong background in Finance domain (Banking, Financial Services, Accounting, FP&A, etc.).

Hands-on experience or working knowledge of Databricks.

Good understanding of financial metrics, reporting, and business workflows.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in stakeholder management and requirement gathering.
