Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Build target account lists across banks, NBFCs, MFIs, digital lenders and fintech companies.
\n• Own a revenue/quota target and deliver closed-won outcomes in BFSI accounts.
\n• Generate leads via outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and partner leads (if any).
\n• Run discovery calls to uncover pain points, current workflows, stakeholders, budget/process, and timelines.
\n• Deliver tailored demos/solution walkthroughs aligned to banking/NBFC use cases.
\n• Create proposals, case studies, commercials, and ROI/value justification and manage RFP/RFI responses when required.
\n• Manage deal cycles end-to-end: objections, negotiation, procurement workflow, legal/MSA coordination, and closure.
\n• Maintain accurate CRM updates, pipeline stages, next steps, and weekly forecasting.
\n• Build and manage outbound sequences using Apollo.
\nSkills & Requirements
\nMust-have:
\n• 3+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with at least 2+ years selling into BFSI (banks/NBFCs/fintech).
\n• Proven track record of owning and closing deals (not only SDR/lead gen).
\n• Strong consultative selling skills: discovery, value articulation, objection handling, negotiation, closing.
\n• Comfort with long, multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles and formal procurement/legal processes.
\n• Working knowledge of CRM (any) and disciplined pipeline/forecast hygiene.
\n• Strong command of outbound tools: Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems.
\n• Independent ownership mindset.
\nGood to have:
\n• Understanding of debt collections, arbitration workflows, grievance redressal or compliance.
\n• Experience selling SaaS / workflow / compliance platforms to regulated enterprises.
