Responsibilities:
\n
Lead and support UKG (Kronos) functional implementations
\n
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
\n
Configure UKG modules such as WFM, Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence, Payroll
\n
Act as a functional SME for UKG solutions
\n
Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and enhancements
\n
Support testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live activities
\n
Provide functional support and resolve system issues
\n
Guide junior consultants and support client discussions
\n
Skills Required:
\n
7 9 years of overall experience with strong hands-on UKG / Kronos functional expertise
\n
In-depth knowledge of Workforce Management (WFM)
\n
Experience in end-to-end UKG implementation projects
\n
Strong client-facing and communication skills
\n
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders independently
\n
