- Team Leadership: Coach and mentor team members; lead SMEs and consultants through blueprint-to-deployment phases. \n\n
- Proven experience as the overall owner for large business facing systems projects in a project management / business facing role. \n
- Executive maturity and strong business acumen/business savvy \n
- Superior relationship management skills (both internally as well as externally) \n

\n\nThe Successful Applicant
\n\nA successful Group Lead, IT - Procurement should have: 9-12 years SAP Ariba experience; proven record in large-scale IT integration & transformation programs.· Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required.
\n · Minimum 9-12 years of SAP Ariba-related experience including:
\n o Project scoping
\n o Project management
\n o Requirements analysis/definition/mapping.
\n o Solution and process design
\n o Test planning and scenario creation.
\n · Experience with leading large-scale IT integration and transformation programs.
\n · Effective communication skills - written and verbal.
\n · Able to work in diversified and global teams, and to guide and motivate large project teams.
\n · Holds a big picture view of the company goals and vision, including end-to-end process knowledge.
\n · Solid blend of business and technical capabilities, business operating models and underlying technical architecture
\n · Expertise with project management methodologies and tools.
\n · Experience with building / running high-performing project team.
\n · Assesses the technical impacts of process team strategies.
\n · Ability to travel as required by the project.
