  • Identify opportunities for growth and upselling within existing accounts.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.

  • Provide regular updates and reports on account performance to senior management.

    The Successful Applicant

    A successful Key Account Manager should have:

  • A degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.

  • Must have handled key accounts like Tata Motors, Mahindra - in the commercial vehicles segment

  • Proven experience in account management within the automotive industry.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to analyse data and develop actionable insights.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
