- To work in leading global automotive component company. \n
- To engage with top leaders within the OEM space for CV only \n\n
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration. \n
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales objectives. \n
- Identify opportunities for growth and upselling within existing accounts. \n
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. \n
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy. \n
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients. \n
- Provide regular updates and reports on account performance to senior management. \n
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively. \n\n
- A degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field. \n
- Must have handled key accounts like Tata Motors, Mahindra - in the commercial vehicles segment \n
- Proven experience in account management within the automotive industry. \n
- Strong understanding of sales processes and client relationship management. \n
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. \n
- Ability to analyse data and develop actionable insights. \n
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. \n
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
