Job Description
- It's a high-impact position to drive growth and visibility. \n
- Will own the channel PnL and drive growth and market share of the entire brand. \n\n
- Manage relationships with all major Quick Commerce platforms \n
- Own and deliver PnL for the Quick Commerce channel. \n
- Drive listing, availability, and visibility across platforms. \n
- Optimize ad spends and ROAS across accounts. \n
- Lead cataloging, content accuracy, and promotional strategy. \n
- Ensure channel growth and market share gains. \n\n
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quick Commerce, preferably with a recent or emerging brand in Beauty & Personal Care. \n
- 5-7 years of work experience \n
- Strong understanding of platform dynamics and consumer behavior in Q-commerce. \n
- Existing relationships with category teams in Q-com organisations. \n
- Proven ability to manage PnL, ad performance, and inventory. \n
- Analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
