Job Description

\n Support preparation of SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) and IFRS statutory financial statements, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. \n -
\n Prepare and review disclosures, tie-outs, stock compensation calculations, and supporting schedules for external reporting. \n -
\n Collaborate with Investor Relations, Treasury, subsidiaries, and auditors to validate financial data and support the quarterly close process. \n -
\n Ensure SOX compliance by executing and documenting internal controls over financial reporting. \n -
\n Assist with external audits, technical accounting initiatives, and key reporting projects. \n\n - CA Preferred \n
- Strong educational background in accounting or finance. \n
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. \n
- Familiarity with accounting principles (IFRS and USGAAP) \n
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. \n
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
