\nTravel Management
\nEnsure end-to-end travel management of employees including senior management.
\nOverseeing and supporting MICE requirements for all regions Domestic and International destinations
\nEffective handling of employee transportation prioritizing women safe travel
\nInfrastructure

\nStandardization
\nStandardization of site facilities across regions to have uniformity in services.
\nPromote cost-saving and sustainable initiatives in the site offices.
\nCreate and regularly update SOP s related to all admin operations.
\nAOP and
\nNon-Manpower Cost Savings
\nAssisting with planning the Admin AOP and monitor the expenses on a month-on-month basis.
\nGovernance and management of overall admin operations expenses by adopting to new vendors while ensuring quality and consistency in the operations.
\nGenerate Savings through Sustainable measures, manpower resource planning, travel cost saving initiatives etc.
\nCSAT & Employee Initiatives
\nEnsure superior employee experience in terms of travel and facilities including various vendor performance.
\nPartnering and organizing with HR teams on employee engagement activities through the year.
\nCustodian of various types of employee reimbursements such as travel, accommodation, Sodexo meal vouchers.
\nTechnology
\nTo incorporate and implement technology in Admin processes keeping abreast with the latest trends.
