We are currently seeking a Hypercare consultant to join our team in bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

• Experience: 5 years of corporate IT, desktop support, or system administration experience.

• Core Skills:
\n
• VDI , Windows 365 cloud PC support experience
\n
• ServiceNow , Jira , Incident management and end user support
\n
• VDI/cloud PC migration experience
\n
• Troubleshooting experience of Windows 10/11 , desktop applications
\n
• Experience in Microsoft 365, Active Directory and basic cloud concepts.
\n
• Understanding of Microsoft Intune , Azure , cloud PC monitoring.
\n
• Networking fundamentals TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
\n
• Good communication skills and work experience with global teams (America, EMEA,APAC)
