\nAccountabilities:
\nPractice Head will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Infrastructure Practice across Telecom OEMs, Service Providers, ODMs, and Data Center ecosystems (Servers, Storage, Networking). The role will drive differentiated, future-ready solutions across Cloud Infrastructure, Edge, 5G/6G, AI Infrastructure, and Software-Defined architectures
\nOwn the strategic direction and market positioning of the Technology Infrastructure Practice.
\nBuild and scale differentiated offerings, accelerators, and platforms across the infrastructure value chain.
\nIdentify and capitalize on white-space opportunities driven by emerging technologies.
\nLead AI-first solution development across data center stacks, hyperconverged infrastructure, SDX, autonomous networks, SMO, NTN, and 5G/6G product engineering.
\nPartner with sales to shape consulting-led propositions, build pipeline, and support strategic deal closures.
\nRepresent the practice externally through industry forums, analyst engagements, and thought leadership publications.

- 18+ years of experience in technology infrastructure, telecom, or data center domains, with senior leadership experience in building and scaling practices or portfolios. \n
- Deep expertise across Telecom OEMs, Telco Service Providers, ODMs, and data center infrastructure (servers, storage, networking). \n
- Proven track record of defining strategy, roadmaps, and differentiated offerings across Cloud Infrastructure, Edge, 5G/6G, AI Infrastructure, and Software-Defined architectures. \n
- Strong experience in solution architecture, large-scale transformation programs, and complex enterprise or telecom engagements. \n
- Demonstrated success partnering with sales to shape consulting-led propositions, build pipeline, and close large, strategic deals. \n
- Ability to operate at CXO level with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. \n
- Excellent executive communication, thought leadership, and stakeholder management skills. \n
