\nOverview
\nAs a CRM C BI Expert at METRO GSC, you will play a key role in supporting METRO s global customer relationship
\nmanagement and business intelligence initiatives. You will support the shift toward data-driven, automated CRM by
\nanalysing data, generating insights, and providing actionable recommendations to improve commercial performance. This
\nposition requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and
\ncountries.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nCollect, analyze, and interpret large marketing and customer data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and
\nareas for improvement
\nIntegrate multiple data sources to enable a holistic, cross-channel view of the customer
\nExecute, monitor, evaluate campaign performance and provide insights for optimization
\nPrepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders to support decision-making
\nConduct complex ad-hoc analyses to drive METRO s business objectives
\nCollaborate with cross-functional and country CRM/marketing teams to align activities with business
\nobjectives
\nEnsure data accuracy and maintain structured documentation for analysis process
\nContinuous improvement:
\nProactively identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions
\nEnhance efficiency and optimize service delivery within the GSC
\nSkills s Competencies
\nStrong analytical mindset with expertise in marketing and CRM data analysis
\nHighly organized with a structured approach and strong attention to detail
\nEffective time management skills; adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
\nAdvanced data analytics and automation skills, including processing and transformation of large
\ndatasets
\nProficiency in Power BI, advanced Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint), and basic knowledge of
\ndatabase structures and query languages (SQL)
\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal
\nDemonstrated ability in project management and coordination
\nAbility to work independently and in cross-functional teams, executing CRM analyses for multiple
\nstakeholders
\nAgile and results-oriented working style with strong self-organization skills
\nHigh level of initiative and motivation, combined with a friendly and professional demeanor
\nFluency in professional English; other languages are a plus
\nQualifications
\nBachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
\n3 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, CRM, CRM activation, or other commercial functions
\nExperience in retail, wholesale, or FMCG industries is a strong plus
\nExposure to international or multi-market environments is an advantage
\n
