    Internal Hiring -

    \n
  • Partner closely with senior leaders within the organization to understand talent needs, offering strategic guidance on team structure, hiring approaches and market insights.
  • \n
  • Lead the development, execution and ongoing refinement of talent acquisition strategies to help founders secure key early team members.
  • \n
  • Identify & engage potential candidates through a variety of sourcing channels - including job boards, social media and professional networks - to support the Ventures team and other initiatives across the organization.
  • \n
  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from initial candidate evaluations to offer completion, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and delivering a positive candidate experience.
  • \n
  • Provide stakeholders with data‑driven insights on recruiting trends, performance metrics and opportunities for improvement.

    Founder Sourcing -

    \n
  • Conduct direct sourcing and outreach efforts while building and maintaining relationships with potential founders, ensuring strong alignment between candidate profiles and new venture concepts within the organization's global pipeline.

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    \n

    A successful candidate for this role should meet the following criteria:

  • MUST: Bring 5-10 years of Talent Attraction or Recruiting experience within a startup or venture environment, preferably in healthcare or technology.
  • \n
  • Should be open for a 5 day hybrid work mode, working 3 days/week from office.
  • \n
  • Should be open for flexible working hours, with a 5 hour per day overlap with Eastern Standard Time.
  • \n
  • MUST : Have proven ability to leverage AI tools and Automation to maximize productivity.
