Requirements
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n• Client Relationship Management: Lead as the primary point of contact for key clients,
\nensuring strategic alignment, relationship growth, and overall client satisfaction.
\n• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide the client servicing team, ensuring consistent
\nperformance, professional development, and client-first service delivery.
\n• Project Oversight: Oversee end-to-end event management, from brief to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
\n• Proposal Strategy & Review: Supervise proposal development, pricing strategies, and pitch presentations, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals.
\n• Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with production, operations, creative, and finance teams to ensure flawless event execution.
\n• Account Growth: Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts, driving
\nrenewals, upselling services, and expanding partnerships.
\n• Conflict & Issue Management: Resolve escalated client concerns promptly and effectively,
\nsafeguarding client relationships and company reputation.
\n• Market Awareness: Stay updated on event industry trends, client market landscapes, and
\ncompetitor activities to provide informed, strategic recommendations.
\n• Reporting & Feedback: Deliver periodic client account reviews, event reports, and
\nperformance feedback to management and clients.
