\nJob Description:
\nWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Specialists to open new accounts from GIC/GCC/Captive business in India for one of our Client. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving innovation, managing the P&L for India, and scaling our company's capabilities across GCC in India.
\nResponsibilities:
\nManage the P&L for India, focusing on Captive/GIC business, and drive initiatives to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.
\nDevelop and implement strategic plans to scale the company's presence in GCC/ Captives in India.
\nFoster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the Capability and Innovations Hubs.
\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the industry.
\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
\nWe are looking for (Essential on arrival)
\nProven leadership experience in Sales & business development, preferably in a similar capacity within the IT and digital services industry
\nFamiliarity with the India, GCC/GIC/Captives business landscape.
\nStrong understanding of business operations, P&L management, and experience driving profitable growth.
\nExceptional strategic thinking and planning skills with a track record of successfully scaling business units.
\nDemonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
