\nExperience
\n- 4 to 8 years of hands-on support experience with ACI Base24-eps applications . \n
- Proven track record in application support roles within the cards and payments domain . \n
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in Base24-eps payment systems. \n
- Act as the first responder for production issues, ensuring minimal downtime. \n
- Diagnose and resolve transaction failures, ISO 8583 message issues, and system outages. \n
- Handle transaction failures, outages, and performance issues with a structured problem-solving approach. \n
- Support integration of Base24-eps with other bank systems and external card schemes. \n
- Collaborate across teams, clearly explaining technical issues to stakeholders. \n
- Maintain and support payment networks, ATM/POS/Ecom systems, and settlement processes. \n
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 8583 messaging systems . \n
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. \n
- Experience with Base24-eps modules and integration processes. \n
- Good understanding of payment networks, ATM/POS/Ecom systems, and settlement workflows. \n
- Ability to work effectively in a 24x7 support model . \n
