- Oversee and implement HR policies and procedures across the organisation. \n
- Provide guidance on employee relations and ensure compliance with labour laws. \n
- Manage performance appraisal processes to support employee growth and development. \n
- Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment. \n
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making. \n
- Implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities \n\n
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. \n
- 4 to 8 years of proven expertise in HR functions. \n
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance requirements.. \n
- Ability to manage performance appraisal and learning & development programs effectively. \n
- Analytical skills to interpret HR data and make informed decisions.
