- 8-15 years of experience in retail/personal care supply chain planning \n
- Expertise with store management & strategy \n\n
- Oversee and optimise logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution \n
- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to meet business objectives \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless procurement and supply chain processes \n
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and quality standards \n
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive initiatives to improve overall efficiency \n
- Manage relationships with logistics vendors and negotiate contracts to achieve the best value \n
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies \n
- Provide leadership and guidance to the logistics team to achieve organisational goals \n\n
- A strong background in procurement and supply chain management within the retail/personal care industry \n
- Proven expertise in logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution \n
