We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager – Operations to oversee and optimize day-to-day operations across 10 retail outlets in Gurgaon and surrounding regions . This role involves team leadership, operational strategy execution, supply chain coordination, and maintaining Frozen Fun's quality and customer service standards.

Lead and manage daily operations across 10 outlets in the region.

Supervise and guide outlet managers and frontline teams to ensure performance and accountability.

Implement and maintain SOPs to drive consistency, hygiene, and operational efficiency.

Manage supply chain and inventory, especially cold storage handling and frozen product movement.
\n - \n
Ensure excellent customer experience and adherence to Frozen Fun's brand and quality standards.

Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely product replenishment.

Monitor key operational metrics including sales performance, wastage, feedback, and stock levels.

Identify process improvements, reduce pilferage/wastage, and optimize product flow.

Support new outlet launches, vendor coordination, and team hiring/training as part of expansion.

Report to the Head of Operations and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B/Retail Operations , preferably managing multi-unit outlets.

Hands-on experience with cold chain logistics , frozen desserts, or FMCG retail is highly desirable.

Proven ability to manage multi-location operations , team performance, and customer service quality.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in operational analytics and team productivity tracking.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Food Tech, or related field.
