Your future duties and responsibilities:

We are seeking a high impact Mid–Senior Product Owner to drive delivery and execution within our Wealth Management technology platform. This role acts as the critical bridge between Product Management, Engineering, and Business Stakeholders, translating strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans.

\n Looking for a Lead Product Owner to own execution, backlog management, PI planning, and cross team alignment to ensure value driven delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, agile execution expertise, and technical understanding, along with a forward looking mindset on AI/Copilot adoption.

\n Key Responsibilities
\n 1. Product Execution & Delivery

\n . Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with Product Manager–defined goals.
\n . Break down high level objectives into well defined epics, features, and user stories.
\n . Ensure consistent delivery of high quality product increments aligned with PI objectives.
\n . Partner with Engineering teams to remove blockers and optimize delivery cadence.
\n . Track and report on progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.

\n 2. Cross Team Collaboration

\n . Act as a liaison across multiple teams, including: Engineering (frontend, backend, data) Architecture QA / Testing Business stakeholders (Wealth Advisors, Operations, Compliance)
\n . Align multiple workstreams to ensure end to end product coherence.
\n . Facilitate dependency management across Agile Release Trains (ARTs) or squads.

\n 3. Requirements Gathering & Refinement

\n . Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs in wealth management (portfolios, advisory, compliance, client reporting, etc.).
\n . Translate requirements into clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
\n . Conduct backlog grooming sessions and ensure readiness for sprints/PI planning.
\n . Validate delivered features through UAT and stakeholder feedback loops.

\n 4. PI Planning & Agile Leadership

\n . Actively participate in and support: Program Increment (PI) Planning Sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
\n . Ensure alignment of team commitments with business priorities.
\n . Drive predictability in delivery through effective planning and prioritization.
\n . Advocate and enforce Agile and SAFe best practices.

\n 5. Copilot & AI Enablement

\n . Champion Microsoft Copilot / AI adoption within product delivery teams.
\n . Identify opportunities to: Improve developer productivity Enhance requirements generation and documentation Optimize testing and quality processes
\n . Drive experimentation, adoption, and governance of AI assisted workflows.
\n . Partner with engineering leadership to embed AI first ways of working.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must to have skills :
\n Product Ownership & Agile Delivery
\n Strong experience as a Product Owner (Mid–Senior / Lead level)
\n Hands-on experience with backlog management, sprint planning, PI planning
\n Expertise in Agile / SAFe frameworks
\n Ability to define epics, features, user stories with acceptance criteria
\n Experience in delivery tracking, risk & dependency management

\n Good to have skills :
\n Experience or exposure to Microsoft Copilot / AI tools
\n Understanding of AI-driven productivity improvements
\n Experience driving AI adoption within teams
\n Knowledge of AI-assisted workflows (testing, documentation, development)
