Job Summary

\n

We are looking for an experienced SAP HANA BASIS with strong expertise in SAP HANA, S/4HANA, SAP BASIS Administration, Cloud Architecture, and SAP BTP Administration . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP implementation, migration, upgrade projects, and technical architecture design while leading project delivery initiatives.

The candidate will act as a Technical Architect and Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving end-to-end SAP landscape transformation, cloud adoption strategies, system optimization, and stakeholder management.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

Technical Project Manager having performed Architect Role:

\n

\n

  End to End contribution in various Project delivery phases with hands-on technical experience.

\n

\n

Subject Matter Expert:

\n

\n
• \n

  Design and architect SAP systems, ensuring they align with business goals and technical requirements.

\n

\n

Alignment with Cloud Strategy:

\n

\n
• \n

  Develop and implement cloud strategies for SAP systems on Cloud (AWS, Azure, etc), focusing on scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.

\n

\n

Integration Architecture Design:

\n

\n
• \n

  Design integration solutions between SAP systems and other enterprise applications, both on-premises and in the cloud.

\n

\n

SAP BASIS/DBA Administration:

\n

\n
• \n

  Installation & Configuration: Lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems.

\n
• \n

  System Upgrades: Plan and execute system upgrades and patches to keep the SAP environment up to date.

\n
• \n

  Performance Tuning: Optimize system performance through regular monitoring and tuning activities.

\n
• \n

  Backup & Recovery: Develop and manage backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.

\n
• \n

  Database Administration: Hands-On knowledge in databases like HANA, Oracle, MAZDB, Sybase, MSSQL, etc.

\n

\n

BTP Administration:

\n

\n
• \n

  Platform Management: Oversee the administration of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including service provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance.

\n
• \n

  Security: Implement security measures to protect BTP environments, including user authentication, authorization, and data encryption.

\n
• \n

  BTP Integration: Facilitate the integration of BTP services with other SAP and non-SAP systems.

\n

\n

Cloud (AWS, AZURE, etc) Architect:

\n

\n
• \n

  Cloud Architecture: Design and implement cloud architecture for SAP systems on AWS, ensuring scalability and reliability.

\n
• \n

  Service Management: Manage AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC to support SAP workloads.

\n
• \n

  Cost Optimization: Monitor and optimize cloud costs, ensuring efficient use of AWS resources.

\n
• \n

  Cloud Integration: Involvement in Cloud integration need

\n

\n

Network Management:

\n

\n
• \n

  Configuration: Configure and manage network settings to ensure seamless connectivity between SAP systems and cloud services.

\n
• \n

  Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network issues that affect system performance and availability.

\n
• \n

  Security: Implement network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.

\n

\n

System Performance:

\n

\n
• \n

  Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and apply optimizations to enhance system efficiency. Enhance the learnings into future environment.

\n

\n

Security Management:

\n

\n

  Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.

  Incident Response: Develop and implement incident response plans to address security breaches.

\n

Collaboration:

  Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of SAP BASIS and BTP administrators, providing guidance and support.

  Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and service providers for support and maintenance activities.

\n

\n

  System Documentation: Manage detailed documentation of system architectures, configurations, procedures, and changes.

  Knowledge Sharing: Create and share knowledge base articles and best practices with the team.
