\nJob Summary
\nThe Community Man ager will be responsible for driving engagement, participation, and execution of a student ambassador program across universities in India.
\nThe role requires a strong connection to college networks, student communities, and campus ecosy stems, enabling effective outreach, engagement, and execution of student-led initiatives.
\nThe Community Manager will act as the primary point of contact for Student Ambas sadors, ensuring consistent engagement, supporting activity execution, and maintaining strong coordination across participating institutions.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n1. University & College Network Engagement
\n- \n
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and student communities across designated colleges. \n
- Leverage existing campus networks, student groups, and societies to support outreach and engagement \n
- Facilitate coordination with: Student clubs and organizations, Campus leadership groups, Faculty contacts (where applicable) \n
- Identify new opportunities to expand program reach across institutions \n
2. Ambassador Engagement & Communication

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Student Ambassadors \n
- Manage communication platforms: Discord, WhatsApp, Email \n
- Drive structured engagement cadence: Weekly communication and updates, Bi-weekly check ins, Ongoing community engagement \n
3. Program Execution Support
\n- \n
- Support ambassadors in executing: Campus events and outreach sessions, Awareness campaigns, Peer learning initiatives \n
- Provide guidance on: Event planning and structure, Campaign execution, Activity alignment \n
4. Community & Content Management
\n- \n
- Manage and moderate communication channels \n
- Adapt and share content for campus-level promotion \n
- Highlight ambassador achievements and milestones \n
- Promote ongoing activities and campaigns \n
5. Engagement Events & Programming
\n- \n
- Coordinate: \n
- Ambassador check-ins \n
- Engagement sessions and webinars \n
- Support execution of: Workshops, Campus activities, Community initiatives \n
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
\n- \n
- Track ambassador participation and engagement \n
- Validate activity submissions (events, outreach, participation) \n
- Maintain records and provide reporting inputs \n
7. Moderation & Community Culture
\n- \n
- Maintain a positive and inclusive community environment \n
- Enforce community guidelines \n
- Address queries and resolve issues proactively \n
Experience & Qualifications
\n- \n
- 2–4 years’ experience in: Community management, Student engagement or campus programs, Youth/community initiatives \n
'05; Critical Requirement

- Strong familiarity with Indian college ecosystem and student networks \n
- Experience working with student communities, campus groups, or university programs \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills \n
- Ability to engage and manage student communities \n
- Event coordination and campus engagement experience \n
