\nFunctional Lead – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Field Service
\nRole Overview
\nNTT DATA is seeking a Functional Lead with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Service to drive functional solutioning and business alignment. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are translated into scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with industry best practices.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nLead requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
\n Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs for Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Service
\n Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and recommend optimized solutionsCollaborate with technical teams to ensure functional clarity, feasibility, and alignment with architecture
\n Validate system configurations through hands-on testing, walkthroughs, and solution reviews
\n Support Agile delivery processes, including backlog refinement and user story definition
\n Drive UAT planning and execution, including defect triage, tracking, and resolution coordination
\n Ensure adherence to NTT DATA delivery standards and Microsoft best practices
\n Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and dependencies
Required Qualifications
\n8+ years of experience in IT project delivery / functional consulting
\n 6+ years of Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Service
\n 6+ years of Strong expertise in requirements analysis, functional design, and process optimizationExperience with UAT coordination and defect management
\n Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
\n 6+ years of Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar
Preferred Qualifications
\n Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certificationsExperience working in large-scale enterprise implementations
\n Domain experience in Utilities, Manufacturing, Telecom, or similar industries
Soft Skills
\n Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams
