Job Description
- Candidates with 5 to 15 years of experience should apply \n
- Candidates from Mumbai or willing to relocate should apply \n\n
- Drafting and vetting key legal documents including development/JV contracts, conveyance and transfer deeds, POAs, MOUs, sale/lease documents, and leave & license contracts \n
- Strong expertise in RERA compliance and real estate regulatory procedures. \n
- In-depth knowledge of land laws, property tenures, ownership, acquisition, development rules, and Well‑versed in stamp duty, registration, and adjudication process. \n
- Experience drafting pleadings, statutory notices, replies, petitions, and complaints. \n
- Familiar with High Court procedures; capable of briefing solicitors/senior counsel and appearing before judicial/quasi‑judicial bodies \n
- Excellent English, with strong drafting and negotiation skills \n\n
- A degree in Law or equivalent qualification. \n
- Experience in handling legal matters related to the Property and Building & Construction industry. \n
- Strong knowledge of property laws and compliance requirements. \n
- RERA compliance knowledge \n
- Good communication skills \n
- Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills. \n
- Ability to manage multiple legal projects effectively. \n
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
