Programming.com is seeking a skilled Python Developer – Gen AI to work on cutting-edge Generative AI and AI-driven application development . The ideal candidate will have strong Python programming skills, hands-on experience with Gen AI concepts, and the ability to work onsite in Panchkula during night shift hours to support global clients.

Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications with a focus on Generative AI solutions

Work on LLMs (Large Language Models) and AI-powered features such as chatbots, content generation, and automation
\n - \n
Integrate Gen AI models with backend systems and APIs
\n - \n
Develop and optimize prompts, workflows, and AI pipelines
\n - \n
Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and global stakeholders
\n - \n
Troubleshoot and resolve application and model-related issues
\n - \n
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
\n - \n
Support applications during night shift operations
\n

4+ years of experience in Python development
\n - \n
Strong proficiency in Python (backend development, scripting, APIs)
\n - \n
Hands-on experience or project exposure to Generative AI concepts
\n - \n
Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.)
\n - \n
Knowledge of REST APIs and backend integrations
\n - \n
Familiarity with AI/ML libraries such as LangChain, Transformers, TensorFlow, or PyTorch (any)

Ability to work onsite from Panchkula
\n - \n
Willingness to work night shift (7:30 PM IST onwards)
